All AGGC products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we maintain a strict policy on returns.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Items marked as limited or part of a numbered drop
Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@aggc.store
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, contact us at contact@aggc.store with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item at no additional charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly after being placed. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order. After that window, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
